This is the final test for the recruits before they become sailors.  It is an overnight drill held on a ship replica made by Disney, so it is very realistic....the recruits face every challenge that…Continue

WOW- Thank you so much Jessica for sharing this! What was said in the video was so true. We stand behind our men not only because we love them, but because we believe in what they are doing, and what thier job stands for. There is alot on our shoulders, and we do it day in and day out without complaint because we know it is hard on them too. And we want them to focus on the job at hand so that they can come back to us safe and sound!

Jessica, No not at all, you have not offended me in the least.  I commend you for your professionalism!  I learned so much from you and I admire your dedication.  This is the most enjoyment I have had in a long time;to  be able to connect with moms (and dads) and sharing all our experiences.   Keep doing what your doing. You are doing an excellent job.

Deb - atleast you know what kind of woman she is.  That, in itself, speaks volumns!

Okay - watched it...now have tears flowing since my daughter is a newly-wed air force wife and it just confirmed what I knew her choice meant.

type in "google.com"

then type in your N4M's profile name in the search place ~ and there you have it.  All your conversations and everything we have discussed comes up.  I completely understand the security issues.  I'm backtracking now and removing certain post.

Yesterday I was gone all day and missed my son's phone call :(  I wasn't expecting a phone call until after battlestations so it never entered my mind to forward my phone.  I was very disappointed as you can imagine BUT what made it better was hearing from all of you.  Thank God for this group!

Joan - prayers and hugs to you during this difficult time. It must be a little strange to feel so happy (about your son) and so sad (about your mother) all at the same time.  We're here for you.
