Chris, my son is rooming with a guy from 058 who is 20 right now and going to be turning 21.  Think his last name starts either with an L or a G. Don't know if that is your son or not...

My daughter is leaving base the first time today with her roommate and other friends to go to the mall (pensacola, fl) and she mentioned they may take a cab.  I just gave her the advice about requesting the price of the fare.  I didn't even think about that.  Thank you

I got 2 pics of the notorious tattoo.  One would go on the arm, one across the back -shoulder area. He's still uncertain which one he wants. I'm a painter/artist, so believe it or not, I actually offered my own adaptation of one of them.  If you can't beat them , join them, right?

SharonMAmom: Here is the website for the division tshirts---if you can still order them:

www.mwrgl.com

Click on ENTER, click on RECRUIT GRAD tab at top, scroll down to "order form".  On that are the Poseiden phone numbers you can call and see if you can still order.

Chris, I know exactly how you are feeling. There was activity on my son's FB page today but since his sister has his laptop at the moment it might have been her. Will feel much better once he gets a cell...he didn't have one before he went in. And I agree that it's the thought that they are really out there now and we have nothing to plan for or distract us. I keep thinking "what did I forget...did I dod enough..."
