Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

KLP - stay strong my friend! 33 days left! We're on the downward side now. For the first time in my life I spent Christmas someplace else. I had Christmas Eve dinner at the Pirate House in Savannah, Ga. Jack Sparrow put gold coins in my bra!! He looked and spoke just like Johnny Depp!! Oh Snap!!! Such fun!! ( I had to keep myself busy since my children are not with me this Christmas.) Johhny Depp with gold coins was a nice distraction!!! Merry Christmas!!!

Got a phone call today!! It was the first one that I got to speak with my daughter. What a Christmas gift! Congrats to all of you Moms that got phone calls!

YES! A phone call!! My Christmas wish came true! GOD is so good!! Many thanks to the RDC's and great job to the SR's for also earning their calls.
