Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hey everyone!  I got a phone call today.  I was so happy! He said, that he was just telling one of his friends how they had already been there for one month. So, it's going by fast moms!  My son said that their division is doing good, and that they all really get along together like a good group of friends.  Monday will be week 4 day 1 for them.  They have a lot of testing and other things coming up this week, so keep them all in your prayers.  Just wanted to share, that I had sent some of the questionaires to him with sas envelopes to send back.  I got those within 3 days of him sending.  He said that if we send the self addressed envelopes, they process faster for us to get, because any government envelope is open for them to go through.  Just wanted to let you all know, that so you could send them if you want to get your mail faster.  Hope you all have a Merry Christmas today.

God is so good. My Christmas wish fulfilled. I just got a phone call from my son that lasted 30 minutes. Their division is doing very well.

Merry Christmas ladies!  I'm thinking of and praying for those of us with one less person at the table this year.  I did get a phone call yesterday - that was the best gift I received!

Now that makes me feel better knowing my boy is getting a really great meal. Not quite like home. Lol...but looks really good. My son will be a happy boy.
