Oh also, anyone have any info about a language/pronunciation test right off the bat? My husbands first language is Spanish and has a bit of an accent and was told they'd give him a "verbal test" of some sort....
Hi everyone! My husband graduates BC next friday and then going for AC A school. Would really love to get some info from anyone about this school. We know it has a huge fail rate and is a tough school, any help is appreciated. Also looking for info on where to live/stay, etc. Planning on heading over there by end of the month. Thanks!!
Calbransmommy - I know when my son came home over the holidays he said he graduates on January 30th and will be leaving that day for California. I was going to go down for his graduation and hoping to spend a couple days with him but he said he was told he would be leaving that day. If it changes I will let you know.
Congratulations!!! It's a very hard school, you have alot to be proud of...where is he getting stationed??
Oh wow ! Yea i would've freak out!! :) Good thing he is coming home soon!!
I love hearing all these happy stories! I hope my son enjoys it as well! Congrats :)
Calbrans - way to go!! My son is in block 2 and loves it - a lot of hands on which he loves - especially when it is "risk and reward"!!! LOL I hope his headache goes away soon and tell him to be more careful!!! Ughh I couldn't imagine the phone call you received from him. Just think he will be home soon for the holidays! :)
Nevermind! I found out.
Thanks, Towermom! Can anyone tell me how long A school is? Is it always in Pensacola? Thanks! Any help is appreciated!
