Well here is a story from a friend on facebook.

Her son who is the Army was meeting her, his mother, in Vegas for Christmas. She was saying on facebook that some lady in the Pheonix airport literally spit on her son, who was in uniform, and told him he was a baby killer. So what do you think of that? It really irratates me that someone whose freedom he defending would do that to someone in the military. I would like to know too, is why didn't someone around him that saw it say something to her too. If I would have seen something like that I would have to say something to her about it. I would make sure there was witnesses too because then she couldn't say I did anything to her. I am not surprised that someone would not stand up for him. I  would have thought someone would have. As you can tell i am very angry that someone would do that to one of soldiers. I just know she must be a miserable person too.

Great pics and I love the poem about your daughter too. I will pray for her and all the sailors and men/women who can't be home with their families.

Oh we will P'nut, to keep her safe. I know what you mean about the motorcycle though. My one in Hawaii wants won and I don't think he should get one but I am not boss anymore, LOL. JAM sounds like she would be safe.

Blondie, I know we go to my sis's on Christmas Eve and then Christmas Day we stay home. We are having my stepdaughter and her b-friend, friends of MIL's and us, so that will be plenty, oh and my mom will be coming as well. We are eating around 1, so it will be a busy morning. Won't probably go to church. Our church is at 930 am and we will be getting ready  to eat. Our church is having evening survice at 8 pm on Christmas Eve and I would like to go but depends on how long we are my sis's.

Blondie, Mia did get back to school today. She could have went yesterday but kept her home because I wanted to make sure she was better. We did go to the girl scout Christmas party too. I know should not have taken her because she didn't go to school but she really wanted to go. Next time there is something going on and she don't go to school she won't go. She got perfume for a present and man did she put it on. I had a headache by the time we got home. She thought the perfume part was lotion and put it all over her hands. She did get lotion and soap with it too but the perfume I could still smell when we went to bed. I told her not to put the perfume on her hands just a little on her clothes. LOL. I did get all but a couple of things wrapped. I got Mia 2 pairs of rainboots for Christmas and I odered soft liners for  in them and it said they should have been here by now but they are not. So I am waiting to wrapped those together. I do have one more for Hubby to wrap but I have to go and get it from a friends. It is a mieter saw. Baking, I don't really bake so haven't done any of that. I am going to bake some pies for Christmas day but going to do those on Saturday.

P'nut I hope she got her packages by now too. I still don't know if mine got his last one yet. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas too.

Hey this is a cool thing. I am friends with our local 107.9, known as Y108 country station, on facebook. Anyways, Ally on the radio asked what we all wanted for Christmas. I wrote her and told her all i wanted were my boys home for CHristmas and that is has been along time since I have seen them. She posted there that I made her cry and she wanted to thank my sons for serving. Then another friend on there of mine said she heard my story on the radio. I just love this station because they do a soldier salute in the mornings and they always have a soldiers family and they tell their stories. I did it for my Adam 4 yrs ago. I love that they acknowledge them and what our kids do for our country everyday. Yes i cried when she was so kind to write back to me and to say thank to my boys.

I am sure your tree looks great.

Well Mia came home from sunday school yesterday not feeling well. She said she was car sick, well needless to say a little later, it was not just car sick. She had a really bad belly ache and then after hubby left at 3, she started to throw up. Well she was good all night and didn't throw up and I kept her home from school just incase and she is all better now. I just hope I don't get it. If I do, it had better be before next weekend. getting some cleaning done and I scrubbed down everything with Lysol and Clorox clean up too. I just have the livingroom to do downstairs. Then later this week it will be the upstairs to do. I don't think this house ever been this clean in a very long time.

Blondie, so happy you heard from sailor. To bad it was a bad connection. I hate when that happens. I had someone call this morning for Adam and they were from a collection agency. I hope it is a mistake and they have the wrong person. I took her number and told her I would contact him and give him the number but it may be a month before she hears from him. I only told her he was in the Navy but that was it. I am not telling anyone anything. I told him in an email to let me know what it was all about.

Hello, well I have passed my math and spanish with B's too. Now just to hear from my Rad Tech class. So happy with my grades. So happy to be done with them as well this semester. Enough about that, I have until Jan 20th off now.

Well Airforce boy got his packages too. I had gotten him Jeans, shirts, hoodie and apple butter. He really liked all of it. He also loved his mouse pad I made him from snapfish. He said it made him miss us even more. I can't wait to see both of them again.

All done with shopping here. The stores are crazy out there. So if you are still shopping be safe.
