Thank you Nita. You are so right.

Hey on a lighter note, I got a 89.5% on my Radiology quiz from last week. Oh and that one I thought i got mixed up, well needless to say it was right. YA ME!! Although, it doesn't really count yet but it may in the long run. Nice to have little cushion. That way if I screw another test up he will use this one instead. I am soooo excited about it anyways. See studying does pay off,LOL. Now to study for my math quiz tomorrow. Talk to you all later. LOVE YA.

MArcy, I am so sorry to hear about the rift and  it was out of loyalty that you told her in the first place. but what did she expect?.. him to stay  in a sad mode, she chose her bed, now she has to sleep in it. as my momma used to say. its your home, you can  have who ever you want there. she just needs to get over herself.. maybe she has regrets about her actions.. oh well, she should have thought  about that before she screwed up her life and those of her family. it will blow over sooner or later. have a great day. you can't control  how  she was going to react. You are really kind hearted and I know you  care about the feelings of others..

Blondie, I was reading on navyfordads about your computer thing going on. I hope everything goes smoothly for you today. How is your daughter by the way? I did hear from my sailor in and email. He is doing good. He said same old same old so nothing to report. I guess that is good news, nothing, LOL. I know it was hot here too and rained all day yesterday and still is raining. It was 65 here yesterday too and the same today. I start my evening classes tonight, math and spanish, Ya me!:( or :) LOL. We were at camp and Sunday morning around 630 we got storms as well. We probably got what you had. It was kinda nice to lay in bed and listen to them. Well hope you have a great day.

> (For those who are unaware: At all military base theaters, the National Anthem is played before the movie begins.) > > This is written from a Chaplain in Iraq : > > I recently attended a showing of 'Superman 3' here at LSA Anaconda. We have a large auditorium that we use for movies as well as memorial services and other large gatherings. > > As is the custom at all military bases, we stood to attention when The National Anthem began before the main feature. > All was going well until three-quarters of the way through The National Anthem, the music stopped. > > Now, what would happen if this occurred with 1,000 18-to-22-year-olds back in the States? I imagine that there would be hoots, catcalls, laughter, a few rude comments, and everyone would sit down and yell for the movie to begin. Of course, that is only if they had stood for The National Anthem in the first place. > > Here in Iraq 1,000 soldiers continued to stand at attention, eyes fixed forward. The music started again, and the soldiers continued to quietly stand at attention. Once again though the the music stopped. What would you expect 1,000 soldiers standing at attention to do?? Frankly, I expected some laughter and everyone would eventually sit down and wait for the movie to start. > > No!!. . . You could have heard a pin drop while every soldier continued to stand at attention. > > Suddenly, there was a lone voice from the front of the auditorium, then a dozen voices and soon the room was filled with the voices of a thousand soldiers finishing where the recording left off: > "And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, > gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. > Oh, say, does that Star Spangled Banner yet wave, > o'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave." > > It was the most inspiring moment I have had in Iraq and I wanted you to know what kind of U.S. Soldiers are serving you! Remember them as they fight for us! > > Pass this along as a reminder to others to be ever in prayer for all our soldiers serving us here at home and abroad. Many have already paid the ultimate price. > > Written by Chaplain Jim Higgins, LSA Anaconda is at the Ballad Airport in Iraq , north of Baghdad .

Well I told my cousin so there would be no hard feelings and i thought she should know that they were both coming. I told her a long long time ago that he was doing this us so she wouldn't get upset. I told her today that the girlfriend was coming to and it was not my choice but she got mad anyways and then I talked to my sis about it. Well I should know better because now it is a big blow out with her and cousin. I understand that he should not be bringing the g-friend to her families but if it was not for her it wouldn't be like this, cousin that is, and what she did. Now her and my sis are fighting and argueing and I didn't mean for it turn out like that. SHe told, cousin, that i could just hang out with them and go out on the town with them now and so forth. I am sorry but she can't tell me what to do at my own house. My loyalty is with cousin and she knows that. i thought of going somewhere else while they were here and I told her that but I don't think I am now. I can't be rude to them. I still love Mike, the x, like he was still my cousin. Oh there is so much more but I don't know how to explain it. I would be on here typing to you guys forever. I understand why she, cousin, is upset but she has to understand that all this big mess was her fault in the first place. If she wouldnt have screwed around with a drug addict and cheated on her hubby last year, none of this would have happened. Oh well it is what it is and nothing can change things now. You said it too Blondie and I agree whole heartly with you.

Well hope you all are having a great weekend.
