Marcy i sure hope it all goes well with the sale of the house!!!!!
ahhh yes god really does answer prayers!!!!!!
well ladies i will be away for a week or so, i,m going to my sisters, so if you dont hear from me thats why , wow this summer is going so fast its not funny
It has been raining all day here. It is a nice steady rain. Man, God must have knew we needed that.
Well GREAT news!! The place we got MIL's trailor said it will be in on the 29th. Now if we can get everything ready for it. Dave was taking his time because they told him it would be at the end of September. I said do you think you can have everything ready by the 29th? He said he wasn't sure. It may get put back a couple of weeks. I said, NOOOOO. OH well it is a relief as you guys know to know it will be soon. Been looking forward to this for like forever. I guess God does answer prayers you have been asking for, for a long time. Plus my sis told us yesterday they may have an offer on aunt and uncle's house that we are trying sell. That was the house of that my uncle who passed away this past Feb. Cross your fingers and pray they want to buy and it was a good offer. I guess it was a widow who wants to buy it. I sure hope she does. Not just because we get our inheritance from it but because we need to unload that and my sis doesn't have anything to worry about anymore.
Marcy i wouldnt like that too, it would make me just a nervous, but i will pray for your son !!!! and you are so right God is with him!!!!!!!!!!!
Blondie i like that saying so true!!!!
Carol, so happy you talked to your son. I talked to mine last week but that has been the last for a while I am sure. That is okay though. I talk to another mom who has a son on the same ship and we keep each other updated and she said they will be moving on soon.
Blondie, I hope you are okay too. Have you heard from your daughter lately?
Well my Airman is on his way to Iraq. He left lastnight around 1015 pm. I am ok most of the time until I start thinking about it. He called from the Airport at the USO. We talked for almost an hour. Then he was going to call my sister and mom too. I think he was nervous about going and excited too. I know he was excited when he first heard and then when it came down to it and him leaving, it hit reality with him. He will be okay God is with him and will keep him safe.
oh yes i will pray for Matthew and his family, just breaks my heart to hear this!! so , so sad!!! :(
well i finally heard from my son, hes doing good so far, he says he has lots to learn in the next 2 weeks cause then he will be working alone, so he is keeping himself real busy, now i have to work on a nice package for him, so glad he e-mails me!!!
prayers for the sailor from the Boxer, I hope he is found soon. It is sad that they called the search off. My heart goes out to his family. May they find God's comfort at this time. Blondie and MArcy, I know where you are coming from. I am only on the computer when hubby is either sleeping or working. However the same can not be be said for him, but I guess he has to have some kind of outlet, as he is the sole supporter of our family.. with the exception of Tyler who uses some of his check to help out when he can. Me.. I man the homefront.. Well pizza is here.. gotta run
You were busy too I see. Ya i was trying to talk to him and type and talk on here at the same time but that wasn't happening. Obviously I can't do 2 things at one time,LOL.
Hubby is home this week, well working back home so i try not to be on here as much when he is home in the evenings.
I ordered my scrubs for school yesterday, now the only thing I need is my reccomendations from the 2 people I asked to write them. I hope they say something good, HA HA HA. Cross your fingers they do anyways, LOL. Then I am all set to start back in 21 days. I am kinda glad to be getting back to doing things but then again by the time the middle of the semester roles around, I am ready to be done again. Typical. I can't wait to see who Mia's teacher is this year too. Kinda anxious about that. My friend Maggie could possibly be one of them and the one lady who goes to our church is the other 3rd grade teacher. So it will be good either way. Trying to get things together to send Sailor his first care package and his birthday gifts. Wasn't sure of what to get him and he said just snacks and things like that. So I got him his favorite chips, oreo cookies and Twizzlers and stuff like that. I also got him a Steeler t-shirt. Not much else to get him, normally I would send him money but he said not to because of the currency over there were he is. So I think he will be happy with what ever I send him.
Well have a good day and will probably be back tomorrow. Love to all.
