Hello Carol, sounds like you have been busy too. I know this summer is flying by quickly. Sounds like great times with family.
I was talking to my sailor on skype but we lost connection. It was bad. He called from the phone but then I got on video chat and kept losing him. So I guess he and I just gave up. So happy i got to talk to him briefly anways, take what I can get.

Blondie, you do do so much for so many people and so that was nice they wanted to do something for you now. Enjoy what they gave you.

Oh and sorry to hear about your garden too. I know you have worked hard on it and that is ashame you lost everything.   It is cooler here too and I wish it would last but it isn't going to. It is to get humid again tomorrow. Man that sucks. I think next week according to the 14 day weather report it is going to get into the 70's soon. I really hope so. I did open my windows today for a bit just to get some fresh air in here. I kept the air on upstairs though. I will turn the air back on downstairs later tonight..

Not sure what is for lunch yet but no probably no quiet time or nap time they are 8 so no naps for them. Probably mac and cheese for lunch though, that is easy to make so that will probably be what it is. She has 3 animals she sleeps with now, her Glitter Gloss, Candy cane, sweetie, all cats but maybe if I would get her a giant bear or something that would make up for me not being there. She was doing really good at sleeping in her bed for a while but then when dad wasn't home I would let her sleep with me one time a week and now it turned into all the time again. So we will be working on that again

Thank you Blondie, needless to say Mia still sleeps with me and Dave and she wanted me to sleep with them. So I slept on the bed and then she came up with me. I told her that if she  wanted to have anymore sleep overs that she will need to sleep in her own bed. I am not going to sleep with them and she is not going to sleep with me when she has friends over anymore. I even got her a new bed spread and sheets so I could maybe get her in own bed but she has bunk beds and she likes to sleep on the top. Well needless to say it was way to hot up there for her to sleep. We have an airconditioner in our room and it keeps things cool but not up on her top bunk. I wanted her to sleep on the bottom because it isn't as hot but NOOO she has to sleep on top. So there will be no more sleep overs until she sleeps in her own bed. She has done this before when her cousins slept over too. It was after midnight before we all got to sleep and didn't get up until 930. I was happy because the twin, Sophie and Mattie said they get up at 8. Which is okay too but being up that late, I wanted to sleep longer. Now they are all outside playing.
