My favorite is him hugging the flag. I want to send him something but don't know what, not only for that but his birthday is coming up too. Any suggestions? Yes it will be great to have him state side. Just knowing both are state side is good feeling.
How have you been? Been busy here. We are getting a new system at work in a few weeks and have been going to training for that. It is a better one but getting use to it is another. I understand it better because I have only been doing the old for year now.

Hello all. Well my son has officially reenlisted. It was a week ago but just getting on here to tell you. I am so proud of him. Will post pictures soon. He did it at the Arizona memorial. I wish I could've been there though.

Yes it was August my sailor will be in for 6 yrs too. Yes boys are bad with communicating. So we have the same amount of time then.
Yes enjoying my time off, I asked hubby if I had to go back,LOL. Well you probably know the answer. No. Can't blame me for trying.
Hubby is actually working in Ashland, Ohio. He's been out there weekly for awhile. He comes home on thursday afternoons.

What a great poem. I copied it and sent onto some friends. Thanks for sharing.
Good for you that you've had lots of time with your sailor. I envy you.

Wow what an accomplishment for her. Congrats to her and you both. How long has she been in? Haven't talked to my sailor lately or Airforce boy. I did call Airforce boy and woke him up. He worked the night before and said he would call but never did.
Had a good weekend camping but froze mt butt off. Especially Friday night. Couldn't get closer to the fire than I already was without crawling in it, LOL
Now going to be inthe 80's this weekend. Crazy!. Well got 2 more days off. I don't wanta go back to work.

Have a great day.

Great pics Blondie.

I am so excited, I have the next 8 days off. Going camping for the weekend. What's your plans for Memorial Day weekend? Will sailor be home? Did I tell you my sailor boys next adventure? He will be off to Australia not til next year but he can't wait.
Well other than it being hot, not much of anything going on. It is going to have BIG cool down and it will feel freezing compared to these past few days. Oh well that's Mother Nature and she can be bipolar at times,LOL

Well Happy Memrial Day.
