Hello,

Nita, did you get any of the snow too? I hope your son and DIL got their electric back by now.

Not much going on here just as busy as ever, so don't get on here that much. I don't get on too much when hubby is working back home either, he gets irratated when I am on, boo hoo for him. LOL. Got good news last weekend, sailor will be home this year for Christmas. I cannot wait. I am going start the count down. I just wish the Airforce boy could be here as well. Oh well, Airforce boy got his orders so he will be states side next year. I am so excited about that. I hate, as we all do, not getting to talk to him as much. At least he will only be a few hours from and not 14 hours now. Hopefully he will be able to come home for almost a month when he is in between duty stations.

Well gotta go to work, hope all have a great day.

Hi gang... I am doing okay. just heavy winds and rain where I am. Son and  daughter in law have no power. Her dad  brought them a generator...they are patiently waiting for Feb when  baby girl arrives on the  scene. I went for my SSDI hearing last week. and found out on Monday that  it went thru. Yesterday found out that they gave to it me  back to when I went out on disability May 2010 IS that awesome or what?? now I am waiting for  it to get into my checking acc't so we can get caught up on mortgage, bills and Nita can get a  new washer.. I hate  having laundry piling up. Its bad enough I have dishes in the  sink and my house looks like a " hoarders castle" But I can only stand for 10-15 minutes at a time... so nothing really gets done. Luckily my sister is coming in December to help me for a few days. I also  have  a  craft fair scheduled, but  haven't done all that much sewing. I made a bunch of crocheted dish clothes. but I have to get some other stuff made. I really should be taking my  Zolof to calm the  edgey. feeling I  have been having with all this  stuff getting ready for my hearing. You would think I  would have calmed down by now.. but I am in a cloud... trying to figure out what bills to pay off and stuff. To sit in front  of a  sewing machine right now would be a disaster. To top it  off , my  wrists cramp up after awhile, so I can't sew  or crochet that long before I have to stop what I am doing. Its freaking depressing. especially because I really  liked to sew, crochet and stuff. Well 2 yrs ago today my mom  passed away. Dad's 9 yr anniversary was the same day as my SSDI hearing(10/25) is that ironic  or what.? Well grandsons are  getting big, Tyler  hasn't been home much.. In a few months he will be 17.. in fact the 11th  of Dec. he will  be 17.. He is working at the same Mcdonalds as I worked before I left. HE  is  waiting til he has the money then he  istaking his 5  yr class to get his licence.. but he needs to be able to pay insurance before his dad will let him take his road test. He also has to have  money for his GED classes as  the little darlin decided that was the "yellow brick road  to the emerald city "for him.. I am hoping the  wizard ( his Common sense) steers him the right way or maybe the scarecrow can kick his butt. We shall see. Who knows.. Maybe this is the  route  he was supposed to take.. God only knows what's happening there.... just have to wait and see... Well I didn't want you  girls to think I fell off the face  of the earth. just been really busy and  trying to take one day at a time. Marcy.. the pictures of Mia  are adorable.. Blondie.. your grandson  is adorable and getting so big. til next time. love ya.

You too and thank you.

It is snowing here today, yours must have caught up to us now, LOL. Yes that is what my hubby says. He said all they did yesterday was run around like crazy. They gave them a map to go to peoples houses and when they got there, there was somone already there, then someone else would show up. It was ridiculous. They were just talking about the people and voting. Some are voting or did vote early and they are trying to figure something out for them as well. Yes I agree I don't want to be in charge either but when it comes to his company I think I would do a better job at times, LOL.

I will have to post pics of Mia in her costume when I download them onto my computer. She was a Samuri Power Ranger. Her friends looked so cute too. They switched a lot of trick or treat nights to this weekend because of the storm. So I am thinking maybe her dad can take her to my sis' on Saturday, I of course have to work.

I am checking into another job as well. It is 8-430 Monday thru Friday. I hope they call me. It would be great to have a job like that. No holiday's or weekends. I am going to have to contact a lady I know who let me know about it to see what is going on. I will let ya know if I hear anything.

Great pictures, your sailor looks fabulous and your little guy is so adorable.

We weathered the storm okay too. High winds and tons of rain. I am so glad I don't live in NYC right now. I can't believe the devastation they are seeing right now. My hubby had to go to Maryland to work and get things back up and running. He said it isn't as bad there as they thought it would be. The thing is too they can't do anything until the electric company gets the electric back on.

We got some snow today, nothing that has laid or anything, but just cold and wet. Man what a difference from last week to this week right. I seen on my Hawaii site someone said something about a tsunami scare too. I think God is mad at us for some reason and he wants us to know it. LOL. I am not sure of how much rain we got but man it was a lot.
