Jane (Ship 12 Div 035) My son is in Goose Creek and he says starting class this week.  Any other moms with kids in 1116?  We have been texting a lot, but I can't wait till we can go visit.

She looks happy.  I am so happy.  My boy is doing well too.  Just got done skyping with him.  What a great feeling.  It was so great to meet you and all the other moms, but I must say, I feel lost.  Dont really understand some of the things everyone is talking about.  Oh well, I just keep on looking and checking in. Hello my beautiful sisters:)

Hope everyone is doing well. My daughter loves A school and doing doing great. Getting ready to ship her personal items tomorrow. I found out the US postal services cannot give me a military discount due to her address. However, I'm loving the daily communication:)

Thanks everyone!!! :)  Lydia, yes he is rescue swimmer. Pcola has been nice so far! Quite the adjustment from WI weather but will not be complaining about that! Haha.
NavymomGG, my fiance is hoping to phase up this weekend as well. So much tedious work goes into those inspections!! I understand how those guys can get so frustrated at times!
Thanks again everyone, I will be sure to stay more active on here :)

Ellie- Welcome- it is a very good group!

Sorry I haven't been on for a few days. I made it through another week at work! This is the middle of our 'season' when all the 'older' people come from up north and have to be seen by their cardiologists in Florida, so they can find out if their hearts are gonna hold out till they make back home to see their other heart doctor! It'll slow down around May.

My husband and I got to hang out at Islands of Adventure yesterday with my sister from Virginia. It was a great day! Her daughter had a gymnastics meet in Orlando, and placed very well on Friday.

Had a day with my son in Charleston today for his birthday - nice dinner with the family,  shopping in the market, relaxing in the hotel- but gradually he became sick through the evening.  May not be able to see him tomorrow after all - he needs to sleep in!!   Praying for recovery and thankful for the time we had today - it was well worth the 6 hour drive down for the day.    Glad that he got the news he is classing up and briefing next week and then starting A school the following week.   He is excited to get started!
