Thanks alot Pat getting ready to walk out the door. My sailor said it really didn't matter where he went for his duty station. I just need it to be close enough to be able to drive. I'll check in on Monday.

My sailor did class up and start his AE classes. His grad. day is jan. 16th. Then I don't have a clue what will happen after that. He didn't get to pick his dream place off the list, he don't even get to look at the list of places to go. He is FTS navy reserves so they just send him to wherever he is needed. Its a new program and nobody knows to much about it.
On the lighter side, I'm leaving tonight to spend the weekend with him and i am so excited. Can't wait to see him.

My son is in BC now, but will be going to A school at the end of Dec. He is coming home at Christmas, but we have to send him to Pensacola afterwards. I was told that the airport is 103 miles from the station, is this true? If so, do they have a shuttle to pick them up from the airport? I'm new to this, so can use all the help you can give me. Thank you.

My sailor has been in Pensacola since July 23rd and he is still waiting to class up. We visited when he was Phase 2, and had an awesome time with him. Can't wait until we go back..

Check out the various Pensacola groups. There you will find a lot of questions answered. My wife is AE and she was down there from the beginning of March until mid August. He may or may not class up right away.
