Hi Baptist Moms,
I am back home safe. Thanks for all your prayers. It was a wonderful weekend, full of many emotions; Pride, joy, love, worry, and anxiety. But I am so glad that I went. I am proud that she completed Boot Camp successfully, but also worried because it means she is one step closer to being ready to be deployed. She is being processed now for A school at GL.
At one point on Saturday when we were walking from the train station back to the base, I started to cry. Chrissy asked me why I was crying and I just told her that I didn't want to talk about.
Sunday morning was nice, we went to the contemporary christian service at the RTC chapel. I got to talk to one of the chaplains. She was very nice, and I talked to the RP, he was great. For more about my weekend please read my blog.
Love in Christ, Vicky

It's amazing the peace I have in times that should be making me crazy.

You are very welcome. By the way, something God is teaching me this week is to go out of my comfort zone and no matter what comes, He has me in mind and has plans for good for me (Jer. 29:11). Perhaps God has that message for you as well. Rest in the peace of the Lord tonight. Blessings to you and yours.

Kathleen,
You do not need to fight anyone. Let go and let God. This woman will never agree with you and just wants to anger you, so don't give her that satisfaction.
"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God." Matt. 5:9
Jeannie-re,
I have prayed for the young family. Please tell her that we are praying for her and her family. Love in Christ, Vicky

Yes, it is Jeannie-re! I just got a chuckle out of it, because she tells me not to worry about her. And here she is worring about her son.

Good morning Baptist Moms,
Chrissy called me this morning. They are doing Battlestations tonight, please pray for her and her div. 292. She called because she was worried about her son. I told her that I got permisson to pick him up tomorrow and we are flying out on Thursday. She said good.
She worries too much. Wonder who she gets that from? Lol
