Good Morning Baptist Moms,
I am up early this morning because I can't sleep. Too many anxious thoughts. Thanks for your prayers and scripture. It means alot to me.

Vicky, including your daughter in my prayers. My son (PIR 7/31/09) had H1N1 flu, regular flu, strep throat, ankle injury- all while at boot camp. He managed to graduate on time and passed everything the first time every time-I am sure it was due to so many prayers he had for him. Keep the faith!

Good morning Baptist Moms,
Please pray for my Navy girl, Chrissy. I got a letter from her date 08 Aug, she has a viral infection in her throat. I hope she is feeling better, because he is scheduled to run her last PFA today, the 13th. She is into the final days of BC. Please pray that she has enough strength to pass everything. She has been working so hard to do so, and she is so excited about PIR on 8/21.

Hi all `

I've enjoyed reading the posts that answer the question posed by Kathleen, How did you live your faith today?

Vicky's response was very touching and special as she served others and showed Christ's love for them. I sure wish I could have a bit of that peach coffee cake because I know its good. Since it was baked with love.

Brenda, it is wonderful to know that your ways are pleasing to God.

Thanks Jeannie for sharing some of your pastor lesson on how believers can help other believers to not stray. That is powerful and helpful to know how we can help each other in love. blessings to all my sisters, Sherry

How did I live out my faith this weekend? I went to visit my fried Renne, she is 51 years old and disabled. But to me she is my sister in Christ. She has a house that Habitat for Humanity built for her,but it is difficult for her to maintain the house and the yard. I helped her harvest her peach tree in the back yard. I made a peach pie for the church potluck and a made her a peach coffee cake, then we froze peaches, and she gave me some to take home. I worshiped with her at her Church this morning. I also taxied her around all weekend as she doesn't have a car. I took her and her boyfriend to the Fair, which we all enjoyed. You live out your faith in the lifestyle that you choose to live. You develop friendships with people, you witness to them, you care for them as God has cared for you.

Thank you Brenda,
Thanks for sharing your prayer with us. Sometimes it is hard to find the words to pray so I just used your words. I know the Holy Spirit gave them to you and you shared them with us. God Bless you and all our children.
Love in Christ, Vicky

Vicky, prayers go up for your job situation that God will lead you to the position that He has for you and that will meet your needs.

Jeannie, prayers for you today as you present the special music that God has layed on your heart.

Dear Baptist Moms,
Please pray for me, I need a miracle. I have been unemployed for 11 months, I need to get a job soon. But I also would like the time off to go to Chrissy's PIR. I had an interview yesterday with Lily, please pray that she will call me back for a 2nd interview that will led to a job offer.
Love in Christ, Vicky
