For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I GOT my Im a sailor call but he also gave me bad news. H e was put in medical hold he has anemia and they doing a bunch of tests he was doing so good he even was promoted to E-2 he had singned for aircrew {rescue swimmer} now I dont know what to expect. any advise?

YES!!! Got my call! (he's talking to his brother right now) Ship 06 DIV 921 are sailors.. (minus one who didn't pass but, it retaking it tonight)
I may actually sleep tonight!! Well, if I'm not still bouncing off the walls!!
Good Luck to all of those with upcoming Battle Stations! And Thank you to everyone that has kept my son in your thoughts and prayers.. I will continue to keep all of the recruits in my thoughts as they finish up their battle stations and prepare for PIR Friday!!

I am going crazy waiting for the phone call! Anyone heard anything on Div 149 ship 13? I woke up at 4am and have not been able to rest. It has been so long since I have heard from Tripp. I just can't wait much longer!
