Please tell me I am not the only Mom in the world who received a form letter and the graduation date was blank.....Is this because my son forgot to fill it in?

I never even got the form letter! It got lost in the mail. I had to print the form online and send it somewhat blindly with the limited information I received from my son in the one phone call we got about 4 weeks into boot camp. We hoped it made it back to him but were fully prepared to not have PIR tickets. It worked out, thank goodness. So maybe fill it out with the information you can and wait for that midway call to hopefully get his PIR date, then send it? Or maybe use Sandboxx to get a letter to him quickly to let him know you need the date, then he could write you back? I hope you get it straightened out - good luck!

My son's PIR was 6/7.  My form letter had no graduation date on it either.  I knew his division and used that information to determine his PIR https://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/tg_grad_dates.html
