WadesMom I too got my son's info today.  He is Ship 2 Division 939.  I didn't get it from his recruiter but another recruiter in the office.  From what he told me they still didn't have the PIR date yet.  But should be getting it soon.  I can't wait.  And from what I understand the 900 divisions actually participate in earlier PIR's.  The 900  Division is for the SRs that have prior experience with marching and such my son does have 4 years of NJROTC under his belt.  Anyway.....  Can't wait for the official address...

GINALUV1975:  This is interesting to me because my son has 3 years of ROTC also, i have texted his recruiter and asked him to look up the ship and division for me, i wonder if they are in they will be in the same division, he got to GL on the 14th?  My recruiter is not in the office yet, so when he gets back he said he will look.  Carrie

Carrie, if he has experience they normally are in the 900 division.  My son told me he wasn't volunteering for anything  but they have all their info.  My son got to GL on the 13th. So they probably will be in the same division.    And it looks like we are looking at a  PIR date of August 10th. Please don't hold me to that cause it could be wrong.

That would work so great with our schedule and the other 5 kids starting school in August.  Can't wait to get that form letter hopefully next week!!!!   Carrie

Hello, my son started BC June 13th as well.

Hello Janet.  Have you gotten your sons ship and division number yet?  If not you will soon. I still don't have the offical address from the form letter. I got my info from my sons recruiter.

My daughter was the 13th as well...got the box but no letter yet ...working on the patience thing!
Anyones SR fly out of Richmond VA by chance?

My son arrived on the 14th. We received his box on the 19th. Still waiting on the form letter.

Yippppeeee!!! I got my form letter today. My SR is in Ship 02 DIV 939 and his PIR date is 8-10-2012.  Already booked our hotel, we are staying at the Ramada Inn.  Can't wait.....
