Hi April,? By the way my son is 20 and it doesn't matter how old they are we will always be their MOM. . what is your sons name?
Here is a really great website I have been looking at. http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil Under Families>Graduation>Upcoming Graduations there is a schedule. The last graduation on the schedule, as of today, is Jan 28 with Division 053-058 graduating. So without any official word it looks like Division 59+ will be the next graduation date of February 4th. This page is updated daily.
I am sooo anxious to receive the form letter...lol....just had to say it. I spend my days listening for the mail lady to drive by. I know we all feel the same way.

Thanks Jessica B. I did not realize I set the group up like that. I know reading what others have said has really helped me through this and will help me through Christmas with my oldest son!

I'm not a Mississippi Mom, but I'm an Arkansas Mom. Our son left on November 16. I found a forum on this site that had the "do's and don't" on BC. Looks like cards, letters, photos only. No musical cards, no stickers or drawing on outside of envelopes. Looks like calling cards are good to. Hope this helps!

I got my oldest sons address yesterday on the official form from BC. He is ship 11 div 060, graduating on 2/4/2011. He is the Dental Yoeman. I am going to be going to BC this friday 12/17/2010 to pick up my youngest son for 10 days before he reports to his A school in SC at Nuke school. All I want for Christmas is a glimpse of my son oldest son to tell him that I love him before I take the other home!

cmcdow okay then you have 2 PIR groups to join, here is the link to the PIR 12/17 group http://www.navyformoms.com/group/pir12102010

Also you may want to remove his name from your profile name...the RDC's do look on here and try to figure out which rct goes with which N4M

Hi all - my son also left on 11/30. I finally received several letters (in one envelope) on the 21st. I could tell by the comments in the letter - that he had expected to mail them seperately and sooner. But it made my Christmas to get those letters and to know that he received several of mine. No phone call today - I was /still am hoping to get a call today. I did see the holiday dinner menu and it looks like several of his favorites - so that made me smile. Hope you all hear from your kids today/tonight.
