Yes MissMary my daughter left for BC on 11/22 as well.

Hi, my son Kevin also left on the same exact date.

My son Kevin went in on the same date also and when his things returned home in a box, my Yorkie laid down in it for hours.

Peggy,

I know how it feels :( Everytime I look at a picture of my daughter or hear a song she likes I cry a bit. Its also difficult to look in the bedroom she shared with her sister and realize she's no longer there. She flew out of Phoenix and I got the I'm here, ok, bye call around 10pm ish. It is a difficult time for all of us and you're right if we stay in touch we can help each other through.

Peggy,

I'm just taking it day by day. Yes I can't wait to go to her PIR & get the chance to meet you as well as others on here as well. Its so nice to be able to share my thoughts & feelings etc. with those who know what I'm going through because they are going through it as well. Also good to get advice etc from those who have already gone through what we are. Yesterday marked the 1st whole week in BC for SRs who shipped out & arrived on 22nd. I haven't received "The Box' yet, but I did send out letters I've written so far yesterday. Hope they arrive there before Sunday. Hope all is well with you or at least as good as can be expected.

You may have to look for the box. Whoever delivered ours put it behind the trash can by our garage. I never would have seen it if today hadn't been trash day. I don't why they didn't put it on the porch. Try calling the recruiting station again for his info. If he's under Blevins I have his cell number I can private message you. I'm glad I've found someone that left with my husband :)

My son arrived on the same date and do you have his ship# and Div# yet?

I'm not looking forward to receiving "The Box" :(. I know how you are feeling its the same here at our house just seems a little emptier. Oh and yes our dog is moping around as well. Try to have fun tonight with your plans & you can always comment me. I agree with what Peggy says...If we all stay in touch then we'll get through it together :) Its already helped me a bit to be able to share my experience (feelings) here with others that are going through the same thing.

Wooohooooooo,

Just got in touch with her recruiter & he was able to give me her ship/div #. I'm sooooo happy now I can send the letters :)....Ship 03 Division 048

My husband also left on 11/22 ... My dogs are moping around to! I haven't got the "box" yet but I'm glad I found some people that left on the same day!! My husband is Ship12 DIV 050

Welcome to the group proudNVYWFE,

I am also glad to have found some people whose SR left the samd day as well. Now looking for people with SRs in my daughter's ship/div.

I just got informations from the local office stating that my daughter is also on Ship 3 Div 048.  I have not received the box yet, and almost dread getting it.  It has been a roller coaster of emotions for me.  I have to say, PROUD, is always at the top of the list, but oh so sad for me, because I miss my little girl like crazy!
