My son left last Tuesday the 11th. I got his box 3 days later. I am still waiting for the form letter. I am about to go nuts!!! I want it now!!!! I know it takes time because I have been through this before with my oldest son but....I STILL WANT IT NOW!!! There is something about knowing the graduation date that helps. I guess to see there is an end. I like countdown also.

I am on the exact same time line...we got our box Friday too.  No letter today.  Telling myself anytime this week would be good.  But I know it might be next week!

It took 2 weeks to get my form letter....hang in there

you can call his recruiter.  But it usually takes 2 weeks

My son also left July 11th and I am hoping the letter comes soon. The not knowing is hard.

My son left on the 11th and we got the box Tuesday. I'm with all of you. That letter NEEDS to get here NOW!
Letter has arrived. We immediately addressed our envelope filled with our letters and dropped it in the mail box.

My daily mail digest this morning shows my letter will be waiting for me when I get home!  My son left around same time as yours...so it will be soon!

woo hoo!

My son left June 29, I just checked USPS informed delivery!  I get my first letter today........finally.

big sigh here!

For the moms that got letters I'm so happy for you. I'm in the same boat, kid left the 11th. I got the box Monday & it was crushed and wet. Thank god his phone was in his shoe. Any back to the point. I waited exactly one week my patience wore out and I called the recruiter. I still haven't got the form letter, but I got pir date and address. You've been patient enough. Call the recruiter.

I also got the PIR date and address from the recruiter, it does help to have some information and be able to send a letter. Hopefully the letter comes soon.

I messaged the recruiter and he lost his wallet which had his government ID so he said he is waiting for a new one to come in. He is hoping tomorrow. He said he would let me know as soon as he could.
