Hi Cathy,
It such a comfort to be able to reach out to others especially when our sons are on the same ship. Today I'm going to try to make reservations for the big day 5-26, hopefully I will be able to book something. Have you heard from your son? I was just telling another mom hopefully today they will get our letters and be able to write to us. When he gets he letters he probably is going to be mad at me because I've been writing 4 pages to him everyday. I can't help it I miss him so much. I've been trying to lose weight for the big day but I haven't been doing to good. Well I have a few more weeks to get into shape. Let me know if you hear anything I will do the same.
Bye,
Lisa

Hi I'm glad to hear from someone else with loved ones on Ship 11 Div 183. I can't wait to get a real letter from my son and to hear his voice. Have you heard anything yet. Today being Sunday hopefully they will get their letters and maybe they will be allowed to write home. Did you join the group for PIR graduating 4-26 here you can hear from everyone graduating on that wonderful day. Keep in touch let me know if you hear anything and I will do the same.
Hello Lisa,
I'm also excited this is the 2nd Sunday, so maybe our sons will get the letters we've sent so far!! A phone call or a letter will be great! I'm going to have to keep my phone close from now on, something I've got a bad rep for never having close at hand. It's my yongest son, of 3 children, and I miss him terribly. It's empty nest for me, I cried the fist 2 days, then once a day, and now it's switched to excitement & planning to see him May 26th!! I've already had to re-book my flight to the 26th because his form letter said the 27th. Then I added the motel night & car rental extra day. I'm soooo glad for this web site because I wouldn't know it's been changed yet. Have a great week end & we'll all see eachother soon. Please post any new info you get!!
Beth, David's mom
You Guys...David just called!!!
I was at work, my phone started ringing an unknown #, I hung up on a client in the middle of his sentence just in CASE!
He said they're ALL doing great and lots of prople are having their wisdom teeth pulled,, they've earned a flag, he ate a delicious taco salad for lunch, his new suits ( one blue & one WHITE) are at the tailor getting hemmed & fitted and they're already practicing what to do for us at the ceremony in 30 days. It was so wonderful to hear his voice. I'm in the clouds now.
