Oh, I feel for your boys! My husband went through the Navy Diving course and he says it is much easier to take when you realize the are playing a game with you. Just pool games! (Dangerous ones, but they don't want to kill you, although it may seem like that!)

Dear Father,
Thank you for being with our sons every step of the way on this courageous path. I come to you to ask for rest for their bodies and mind during the night. Heal their tired bodies as they sleep and refresh their minds and souls when they wake up. Provide them with the calmness they need during the day and the clearness of mind during their activities. Let them know you are there providing the strength that they need. Be with them, supporting them with a sense of strength and confidence. Phil. 4:13 says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and we know you are there for them. We praise you tonight and always for the power of your love, and your ongoing love and support for us all. Amen.

It's quiet in here! After so much activity last week, I'm not used to this! LOL

CG's mom--You should delete your post. We shouldn't post numbers here. But you could PM grandpa!

Friends, I don't want to sound like a control freak, but we need to be careful with all of our posts. If the instructors can see a name on here, they get really upset. Please make sure everything stays anonymous. Thanks...

After I reread my post, I hope it didn't sound like you shouldn't worry, of course you will worry. We all do. I just remember wanting to know that what my son was going through that weekend was normal and to be expected. I didn't know anyone whose son had gone through HW so I had so many questions.... We still have a long way to go together with our boys so I am glad we have each other... The other big laugh I got from him was the next week when I told him that the first leave he had we would spend a family vacation at the beach.... He told me in a way that made it very clear, he did not want to spend his leave at any beach!!! We are still laughing at that one. Enjoy your talks today and this weekend. How blessed we all truly are!
