I think Brenda Sue is taking the picture! I wanted to post it so that you guys will be as excited as I am about meeting all of you!!! Mark you calendars for the next meet and greet in California on August 29, 2009.

I'm lucky in that during the week I'm at a desk all day so I have access from a desktop.  The weekends are a little harder as I use my phone then!

Well I see there is a Leemore group and you have already joined it!  Unfortunately it's not very active either :(  Hopefully someone will respond to your request for info in that group.  You can always click on the different member profiles that have posted in that group and then  look and their page and leave them a message.  Good luck!

Oops - I just assumed it was San Diego - my mistake.  Unfortunately I don't know anything about the Leemore area.  There may be a group on here for that area - I'll take a look around for you.

Hi B'sNukeMoMMM...Thank you for the welcome and the info..my Sailor is headed to Leemore for C School and China Lake for his 1st Duty Station...hoping to plan a trip out west sooner than later ;)

Hi Teachermomto2 and welcome!  This isn't a real active group but if I can help you I'll try.  I live about an hour or so from San Diego.  Your sailor will love San Diego - it's beautiful (but some areas can be a bit expensive).  Lots to do - beach, zoo, Sea World, hiking - even the mountains are doable!  If you can visit even better ;-D
