Oh Marion, I'm SO SO happy for you! YEAH! Keep us posted on what's going on (when you can of course).

Karen, you all look so happy, thanks for the pic. I hope after you're done with "school" we can meet for coffee and catch up in person. Maybe you and your new hubby would like come to one of the Sacramento Meet & Greets the No Cal group has. I went to one last weekend, and it was a lot of fun.

I finally got around to posting a picture! It is always nice to read the comments from this group. I am in the home stretch of my masters degree and will have more time. I am happily married - we had a wonderful day. It was worth it to fly to SD and have all my babies there esp the sailor who I hardly ever see! Hope all is well with all of you and your sailors. Justins mom - I'm so excited for you! I got teary just thinking of your happy reunion :-)

Hi everyone, it is wonderful to hear from those who haven't posted for a while. B is in Pensacola in A school for Aircrew. It's been quite a year, both good and not so good. I saw my sailor in May because my dad passed away and he was able to come home for a few days to be with the family. Mixed blessing....

I wish the best for all of you and your families. May God richly bless you in the coming year. Happy Independance Day!!

Hi everyone
Justin's mom - as usual - your writing really touches my heart, and I needed kleenex after reading the song lyrics. I am sitting at the computer trying to work on the last paper I have to write for my masters degree, and I need about 15 pages and all I have is one pathetic paragraph. UGH....wish me luck!
I got married in San Diego on June 6th, so I got to see my Navy baby:-) which was wonderful! He seems to really like my new husband, as do all my children, which is nice as they haven't had a dad since my husband passed away five years ago. As soon as I get a picture I will post it! This is my favorite Navy For Moms group - and I am in a couple of others. Hope all is well with all of you and all of your babies!!!! :-)

Tonya, i'm so glad you got to do skype with Nate and that his grandpa got to see him.

My sailor starts A school for Aircrew this week. It's been a long road for him with LOTS of waiting around, but hoping this goes good and he'll start a real job this fall.
