Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My sailor just left Norfolk last month to start a new “job” in Portsmouth. This is his 7th year in service.

BlancheMarie ~ I'm retired. what's a convenient time & place for you? I live in the Oxford/Wildwood/The Villages area. Would Leesburg be about half way for us?
Hi everyone. I live in Oxford, Fl (near The Villages & Wildwood). Does any one in this group ever get together? I have questions about deployments. My son is not married so I don't have any way of getting information while he's on deployments.
Hi! My group OASIS is getting ready to send Valentines treats and cards to those deployed. If you have a son/daughter/sibling/spouse/friend deployed we'd be glad to send them a box of goodies! If you could email me at oasisofcfl@yahoo.com with their name and address it would be great! We will be mailing the packages on Feb 1 Thank you
Hi fellow Navy moms! My sailor has been in for 4 years and I'm the Chief Marketing Officer for a charitable organization called OASIS - Operation America Standing In Support. Please have a look at our web page - www.oasisofcfl.org or our FB page OASIS of Central Florida.
We support troops that are stationed overseas for the holidays by sending boxes of treats, etc. Also support those that are returning home and those that have PTSD.
It's a great organization! Thanks for having a look.
My son graduated BC over 2 years ago and he's "Livin' the dream". This is the life he was meant for. I couldn't be prouder. Congrat's on your sailors getting near the end. A whole new world is about to open for them.
