I hear that the dream sheet comes and goes. Maybe a need of the navy thing, when they have more need the dream sheet comes back.
I invited another IT mom I know who has a sailor daughter to join on here for another perspective from someone she had a sailor go through and out onto IT things.
Hi Donna... My son just started IT A School. Did your son find it difficult? Do you know WHERE C school is, my son did not know at this point. Your question is good and something I look forward to learning. I also love the patch. Hope I can find one that says Center for Information Dominance. My son likes that... :) Thank you.
OK I rejoined this let me know if I can help. this was not very active. My son has been to Corry and had graduated June 2013. He just returned from his first deployment. I ended up joining the Pensacola and Corry too group. It was way more active however most were Aviation not IT.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My son is new arrival as of today to Corry Station (IT rating). Hope to meet other moms...
So, my son just arrived at Corry Station on 8/25/13. His rating is IT. He tells me that it will be one week or so and he will start classes. He has called twice already and says that he likes it there so far. God Bless all of Our Sailors ~
My son has PIR 30AUG2013, then to Pensacola for A school. He is IT. Anybody know about how long to expect him to be waiting to class up? Thanks!
My son is at Corry since 1-6 anyone know when Graduation is Time wise n 6-6? I can not come but I have a friend who can take pics for me. He is an IT.
Hey Stephanie Ship02 Div 917. My son is there now and I can share with you what he has told me. Because of OPSEC, not sure how much should be said in open forum. I sent you a friend request and will gladly answer your question in a PM! Just know he will be in Pensacola a long time.
