Hello! My son just arrived at Corry Station and is waiting for his class to start. I talked to him a couple of days ago and now he is not answering his phone. Is he restricted when he first gets there?
Hello - I am looking at the post and it doesn't look too busy. My son leaves Aug. 15th for Basic, and then to Correy Station, for IT. Just looking if someone has a son/daughter leaving about then. I'm starting to feel a little emotional, but so happy for him.
well finally asked my son. He said he was gonna sign a 6 year contract but only did 4. so he said no C school right now.
My son just arrive at Corry Station Saturday for IT A School. Lonely cause all the other moms I menat for his PIR are either staying at GL or at Pensacola for airmen school
My sailor was told IT A school is about 5 months and he was given a graduation date to reflect that… but I see a lot of you talking about IT C school after that. Do they all do that, or just a few depending on their jobs? Thanks!
Will be headed to Pensacola for Christmas weekend..Son #1 and I will be visiting Son #2.. anything we can do when he has watches.. he has already enlightened us to the fact since he is staying back he will have a few watches. Thanks all
Kathy - what wonderful pictures.. I am looking forward to being able to go out there. I shall definitely keep in touch. always great to know someone who has "been there ..done that"
:)
Sherri - that's about what my son said, he kept telling me it's classified.. and I asked was this now his answer to all my questions! and he laughed and said of course.
Kathy - thanks, I am looking forward to it. Found out they are adding a flex day to work and I might qualify, if so, son #1 and I may get to leave a day earlier to see #2 :) and thanks for the boost.. just have to keep busy and time will fly!
I'm hoping to plan a trip in Jan, although he grads in Feb, and would like to go then...maybe two trips!!!!! I deserve it, yea...two trips it is!
