How do you know their rate?

Their rate is the job they will be doing. What they are going to A school for.

My son leaves April 2 for bootcamp. He told me he goes to MEPS the day before. His rate I think it is called, is a AME. So many emotions as it gets closer.

My son is leaving april 2 going to Pittsburgh PA

Hi Jana, What rate is he? Mine leaves April 30th out of cleveland and will be an AZ

Wow a reply  My son's rate is IC

My son is leaving April 2 so they will prob be there at the same time  We have a count down ona

dry board.  Yep so many emotions

My son leaves on the 21st. Definitely, so many emotions. I'm trying to spend as much time with my son as possible these last few weeks. Making favorite meals, just hanging out talking, etc. How are you doing? Hope you're hanging in there!

Hi traqs8.....My sone leaves the 28th. I am trying to spend time with him as well. It will be here before we know it and then we can begin to count down the weeks! He has a gf so that is consuming a lot of his time as well. We will need to keep in touch.

It's gone by in a flash! My son has been keeping quite a bit of time with his friends, but I've had a chance to hang with him, too. Tomorrow we take him to MEPS and turn him over. I've been trying to help him get ready, but he says he's got it under control and doesn't need any help - after all they'll give him pretty much everything he needs, huh? lol. I can't help being a mom, that's for sure! :)

Sorry to reply so late - I didn't understand how to see replies. This site is so full of so much info, it's kinda overwhelming.

Keep in touch!
