Hello All and a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I hadn't seen a group formed yet for our ship, so I thought I would start one (Ship 02, Div 911 - USS Reuben James (PIR Feb 4, 2011)) so we all can be in touch! We have a special connection with band, choir, and drill team!  It will be great to share our experiences, stories and plans to meet up for PIR in Feb!  I'm a new Navy mom, and missing my daughter greatly right about now (as I am sure we all are missing our loved ones!), but am so very proud.  Let's chat!

And me too!  I need/want everyone's Facebook.  Keeping up on here is just not enough lol I feel like a kid with a sugar high!  AAARRRGGGHHHH gotta put myself in a timeout.  Okay, so just holla!  woot woot!

Okay Div 911 fans! ... I have contacted the gal who makes ribbons for the families ... I would like to order some for our group to wear at PIR on Feb 4th!  The ribbons have our son or daughter's name on one strand and their division on the other.  Let me know how many you would like and your son/daughter's first name, and I will bring them with me to the meet and greet (and to the graduation ceremony if one of us were not able to make it to the M&G on the 3rd)!  Whaddaya-all say?!  ;o)

Hahaha!  I didn't mean the comment towards you.  I'm so sorry if I offended you.  Your post didn't come through until after I posted mine.  There really is no graceful way out of this is there?  Again, my apologies.
Do you want us to just pay you when we all get there or send you money?  Whichever is fine by me.  My son's name is Grant and I think I will be traveling alone (tear) so just one will work.  You know, I was actually just going to make one instead of ordering one, but I guess that would be a little like cheating or plagerism or something, eh?  Okay, yep, order one for me please!  Thank you!
I was thinking I would just go ahead and buy them and will see you all when we all get there (no need to send money)!  ;o)  I'll probably order these in the next few days (by Sunday, shall we say -- to give anyone else time to jump on in with ribbon request(s)), so we can be sure to have them in time for graduation!
Sounds great to me! My sons name is Erik with a "k", not c. Div. 911. Let me know what the cost will be? I need three please. Thanks, Regina
