We got a letter from Amy yesterday and she said that there were several girls that were leaving. Just wondering who's child is still here?

Amy has been at BC since 5/18 and was to PIR 7/17. During her first PFA she had some sort of breathing problems and they checked her for asthma. Good new NO asthma. They also found she was anemic at that time. She was put back a week to get back up to speed and this is when the first shin splints were found and then she had a bone scan on Tuesday of last week and this is when they found the stress fractures. Amy is ready to get out of BC and go on to A school. They have told her it would be 3-5 weks and then she would go the Temp hold unit and wait for her new orders. She will not be able to go through a PIR. We got a call from Amy on Sunday but it wasn't near as long as it was last Sunday. Amy is on PT 5 days a week and she was to have swim therapy but the Doctor did not put it on her chit so she is not able to do it right now. She has a stress fracture in her right tibia and 2 on the inside of her left knee. When she called Sunday she said that her leg was hurting really bad. She had walked to Chapel and she thinks this is what had made her leg hurt.

Kathy,
My daughters first name is Amy. How long has/is your Kriston in RCU. When we talked to Amy Sunday she didn't know how much longer she would be there, it was all up to if she had stress fractures. I was hoping to hear from her yesterday after she went to the Doctor but we are still waiting to hear. Good luck to Kriston.

Kimi, I also have a daughter in Div 2341 Ship 06 RCU recuperating from Shin Splint which might be stress fractures. She goes to have a bone scan Tuesday. She still has her PFA to run and then BS. Hope your daughter is doing good.
