Lala Ribbon Queen is right this group is very quiet.

Does anyone know anything about VR-56?  That is the squadron my son has been assigned to.  He has heard that they are getting new planes and so are grounded.  Not sure if this is true or not.  Anyone know anything?

Thanks

Thanks Cindy-This maybe confirmed for M too.  He told his sister last night the plane is being rehabed (sp).  Have to ask some questions about that when we talk next.

Are there any AO moms here with a sailor attached to the VFA-37 Ragin' Bulls? My daughter is with this squadron. She is doing the required TAD right now but is looking forward to getting back to her regular job with the Bulls.

M's class finishes up next Tuesday (the 22nd).  He is driving home with a friend from WV.  We live outside of Pittsburgh.  He is due in Oceana on the 6th of April so he will have about 2 weeks at home.  I am not sure about his leave and how much he will have left after (if any).  M is AW, Aircrew doing something with electronics.  I am hoping to find out more about it when he is home.  He hasn't wanted to talk too much about it while he is there.  I will remind him about the working with the recruiter.

Cindy-I take it your son got some leave time before he had to report to Oceana?  My son is still at Pensacola, just found out he will be going to Oceana this morning.  He is to report on April 11th.  If anyone has any information about them getting leave between please let me know.
