OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Can you believe that? what an ego that broad has...she couldn't handle a full term as a governor...and she lives by "drill baby drill" but she's the 'go to gal' for the whole federal government?

Yeah, I'm loving those facebook fights between those who would blame this President for this ??? what's up with that? and those with a real sense of reality about this disaster. funny as heck....
and this call in the military crap...my son asked me "what do those bozos think a bunch of infantry Marines are gonna do? fill up cups of oil and dump it in their life boats?" good grief!!

altho I would like to see deployed to Louisana instead of Afghanistan or Iraq.

Best wishes for a family oriented Memorial Day, reaching out to those who served, and remembering those who have gone on...especially those lost in the service of our country. Thank yous to all of our sailors!

A Memorial Day release by local Austin Musicians. A wonderful tribute to our military and to Christine's uncle.
