I wouldn't hold my breath on that one Inga...those women have proven time and time again what they are, and again today have made themselves look so foolish and hypocritical...time to watch our Congress in action! what a night it will be!! ( I notice those same women cannot intelligently discuss the bill that's going to pass...only sound bites and hate cartoons, and that lovely cartoon of their children's Commander In Chief...oh yes, I forget, they are ones that encourage their children to NOT follow US military discipline, encourage sedition in our military ranks...did they teach their children to be traitors? one wonders...)

By the way, Inga...thanks for poking the beast, what a hoot....they are really on fire now, love that we've got folks going to read and have a chuckle while we wait for the vote and the greatest day in American health care history since we won the right for women to have safe and clean abortions and private conversations with their healthcare providers!!

Yes, happy health care day! also remembering Liz Carpenter, a treasure of woman for women, worked for four Presidents and a champion for women's rights. She's gone on to "that great Democratic convention in the sky"....her great, great uncle wrote the Texas Declaration of Independence! is that cool or what? I loved the conversations between her and Molly Ivins! what a pair!! and those with Liz Carpenter and Lady Bird Johnson...just two great old women talking about the folks they knew...and they were all in politics!! loved it!! She could joke on anything....

This Is What Change Looks Like Dept.: Obama's doing exactly what I voted for. I'm not faulting him for dumping single-payer and public option, even though they'd be cheaper and more effective than the current bill. I'm supporting him in getting the best system he can through Congress, in a toxic political climate. I'm calling my congressman to vote Yes, because the life it saves just might be my own.
