Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I agree.. I lost my mom in May to lung cancer. she had gone through a series of bad falls over the course of about 3 years. Advocacy is essential...and I dare say imperative when it comes to anyone - but particularly the elderly. Keith is right - it is an enormous stress and the conversations are important. This issue of health care is critical...because the system is on life support and the power is fading...If you watched Rachel last night she talked about how Anthony Weiner is NOT invited to this "summit" today...and cautioned Obama that not inviting the strong progressive advocates - but rather the strong conservative advocates like Marcia Blackburn - who want to kill Medicare...is at his own peril.

I agree. I am profoundly disappointed in the president's leadership - (sorry). I actually am very moderate on many fiscal issues..and even understand where some conservatism comes from on other things. At the end of the day we need a leader and leading is NOT campaigning. He needs to take a sand and stop negotiating EVERYTHING. Republicans drink Pepsi - and Democrats drink Coke... they are different. My message to the president - Grow a pair already.......;)

Those oath keeper people are traitors...sedition is a traitorous act...the US military doesn't get to pick and choose which orders they will or will not obey! do you want someone serving with your patriot child that isn't watching his/her back? good grief...I've sent that to every congressman/newspaper/media outlet I can find. I want to know if it's true and what is happening to those traitors serving in our military next to our brave patriotic sailors.

Throw them out, lock them up. If my son and yours can enlist under the likes of person like Bush and serve in Iraq knowing it was a war of choice to make money for Bush and his buddies, but still, they enlisted and they served...then these racist (and that's what it comes down to, we all know that!) traitors can do the same under our President now or pay the consequences.
