Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I knew it was a matter of time before the right started trying to make this guy some kind of martyr....it's only a freak thing that this terrorist hit an almost empty break room instead of the office above where he would have killed dozens of IRS workers...workers, by the way, that are my friends and neighbors. But that'd be okay with the "right" if it makes them feel like they are "winning" some stupid argument...it's stopped being what is truly right or wrong, or what is best for the whole country...only what is "winning" for the Republican Party of No.
He flew a plane into a federal building. It was an act of domestic terrorism. Just like McVeigh. Just like those suicide bombers all over the middle east.

Glenn Beck doesn't have the balls to sign on as a member of the US Military, he has nothing. No guts, no loyalty except to his bank account, no courage, and certainly proves every single day how little he loves the USA or respects its flag and those who serve so he has the freedom to spit out the vile evil he does on a daily basis. He's a loser...he doesn't deserve the spit of any of our sailors, Marine, soldier, airmen...nothing. He doesn't have a clue what "call to service" means to these young military members...not a clue.

I didn't hear the tirade about the Navy being called a Global force for Good... but I think a new intro to his show where Tina Fey portrays Sarah and Amy Poehler portrays Hillary might be great. Hillary steals Sarah's stiletto and promptly whacks Beck with it it causing it to ricochet off and lands in Sarah's mouth...LOL
