sailordwgmom ----- put me down for two please. Don't know if it will be hubby or daughter yet but someone will be with me! Hubby moved his appt so he is a possibility now but daughter is trying to get home in time. I think you will find that J.Christopher's will be very accomodating on Saturday with the headcount. We may have a couple of more ...or a couple of less but it will all work out. Irene always brings her cameras, I bring mine too but I'm a rookie!!!

A little too much excitement for my sailor and me today. As a result of the expected Tsunami in Hawaii today --- he is going surfing Navy style. The crew got called to report to the ship, they take them out to ride the situation out.

The news out of Chili is amazing, an 8.8 earthquake is so much stronger than Haiti's quake but so far the death toll is still under 100 but the infrastructure is much better than Haiti.

Beautiful sunny morning here, makes me happy to be a Southern belle when I see the weather up and down the east coast!

I will let Missy know there are hubbies joining and she will bring Sylvester - they are coming in from Jonesboro so I know that would be a nicer ride for her. I would say two for Missy.

INSURV - is the largest inspection that ships go thru - it only happens once every five years and they send a crew into inspect everything. Much prep work goes into it and lots of long hours and my hubby remembers his INSURV well and says they have a personal responsibility to FIND something wrong with that ship! Some of it is done in the water, the rest in port.

Headcount for me - probably only me this time. If Steve is feeling okay, he will join us and he generally enjoys our gatherings so tell your hubbies to come along! Daughter is down in Statesboro for school and she just found out that her financee will be flying in from Iraq later that week soooooooooooooo she won't be making that road trip twice in one week. My guess is she will be passing on the moms for ...love! LOL
