Our next gathering is scheduled and hoping that many of you will be able to join us.

I want to apologize that we are holding it again at J.Christoper's ...however it is a different location. It is not easy finding a restaurant that has a separate room or one that is willing to reserve tables on a weekend.

I believe everyone was pleased with our last experience at J. Christophers, the food was good and the prices were fair and the room could not have been nicer so now we will try their East Cobb location. It is located on Johnson Ferry Road so for those that are traveling via GA 400, 285, 1-75 I hope that it makes for a good location. We will have more information about the upcoming Navy Week at the brunch.

Woo-hoo, I'm excited! They will be holding a Navy Fleet week in Chattanooga in June! I am in communications with their planners to see what events are being scheduled as I thought we might want to plan a group outing to Chattanooga.

As I get more information I will share it with the group and hopefully we can gather on Saturday and/or Sunday in Chattanooga in June.

Hi All ---
Yes! It is time for another lunch - April 25th just got to nail down the specifics, don't know where the month has gone.

Alyce - it you go to the search window and enter Tiger Cruises, you will find alot of good info on them. I have never done one myself but have read great things about them.

Peri - did you get a new letter today? It sounds like you got word about Bob's Battlestations, I know he will do great.

Beth -Good to see ya. Are you busy with real estate??? Hoping things are starting to pick up here.

Hey Wanda, always good to see your posts - keeps me on my toes so I know what day it is!!!

Good morning GA ladies - I try to refrain from saying Mom too much as we certainly have evolved to wives, girlfriends, grandmas------

Barbara, unless something has changed recently - they do not give out the N4Ms info at PIR. The site was established to be a recruiting tool for the Navy and if they are graduating ---- it's too late for that group! Some of the recruiters across the country are good about sharing information with N4M but not all use it as a tool at this time.

I think your daughter's camping trip will be...cold and perhaps white. We'll keep our fingers crossed for your grandson.

Barbara, I am sorry Mike could not get leave. I am glad you had the forethought to videotape the service. I am truly amazed by the support and courage I see on these walls. You, being one of them. Take care. You, Mike and your family will be in our prayers.

God Bless,

Barbara

Good morning GA mommas -
Has anyone heard from Annie lately?

Oh Jean, Happy Birthday!!! I am so very glad that you got that phone call! Barbara, I'm glad that you came back and told us it was Asia - I was thinking I needed to go back to school for some geography classes! We got a great call from our sailor - he is still in C school but is #1 in the class after a month of school and got a letter of appreciation from the base commander -- go Nick!

I'm gonna go see where the sailor is stranded - hopefully he has already gotten squared away.
