My fiance left for boot camp on November 10th. We're almost a month into it now & I would really like to meet some other ladies with their men currently at Basic or in A-School!

My fiance's PIR is in January then he's going to Pensacola, FL for A-School.

Anyone else in the same boat? ;)

I'd love to get to know you ladies & share our stories!

Ohh of course can't wait! Lol I'm driving upthere from upstate NY w our daughter. Whats the difference between the divs in the same ship?

I think they just divide up the Sailor's into groups. I'm not really sure what they mean. The ship number just means they all graduate together! I think the divisions helps them keep track of everyone!

My fiance's parents, brother & I are all meeting up there on Christmas! I can't wait either! I just wanna see him! We got a hotel reservation so we can bring him there to relax and watch movies and just hang out. We also made a reservation for Brunch! :)

This is the best Christmas present I could ask for!

oohh ok. What is your sailors rate? I haven't made any reservations yet. I'm going to wait until the 15 at least and then start planning ahead. When I plan too early something always goes wrong! lol but hopefully not this time. We can't wait to see and him and spend those very short 12 hours.

My husband left for Basic and arrived there on November 21st!!!!! November 10th was our tenth wedding anniversary:))))

Happy Anniversary! That is so cool that it was 10 years on the 10th! Congrats!

Thank you very  much:)))))) He is my best friend:)))

My Hubby's PIR is January 27, 2012.  He is on Ship 12 DIV 049.

chelsealoo 12/032 Yeah, kinda! We're getting married when he's finished with A-School. We're hoping for April 29th, because the 29th is our Anniversary number. :) We want to have a beach ceremony down in Florida :) I can't plan much because we don't know his exact date of when school is over yet! But, hey, that's the military for us! :) We just want something romantic and swet & tropical! :)

My fiance left to boot camp on Nov 28, And I really dont know much about when he is grad from BC. The only thing i know is that he is going to be doing A-School At South Carolina.

My boyfriend left on the 5th.  It's getting harder instead of easier, but just trying to keep busy!

I've had some pretty rough days lately. Trust me, the frist couple days are the worst. I felt like I was walking around empty all the time. Once you get his address, things are going to get so much easier, I promise!

I started a journal to help keep myself busy. I just made a new word document, and everyday i write him what I'm doing, how I'm feeling and everything that happens. A lot will happen in these 9 weeks and you probably won't remember to tell him everything when you see him. It really helps me to write to him everyday. Even though I'm not sending it to him, it still feels like we're talking. :)

I'm here if you wanna talk! It will get easier! Just takes a few days to settle into feeling single when you're not! <3

Hey! My fiance left November 2 and will PIR on Jan 6th. He'll be going to Pensacola as well for A school!

If you need to talk, I'm definately here and willing to listen. The first few days were hard for me as well, but it got better as soon as we heard that he's doing fine! I write him just about everyday.

Don't forget to write him as often as possible, it makes them feel better even if it's just a "Hey! How are you?"
