We are very happy he classed up finally. His PIR was 11/15/2013. He is AD! Will they tell him the place and time of the graduation? That way my daughter and I can go. My second question is how soon will they tell him he can come home so we can pack up and move to his duty station? Since we weren't married when he joined in September but then got married in December, will the navy still pay our move or pay us back if we do it our selfs. ? If they don't then of course we would just pay out of pocket. We just really want to be together and settled because we have a baby on the way due sept 2014. So if anyone could please help me. :)

The six months is based on the seat time of the school, not on the actual time he is there, it does not include holds.  Are you sure about AD?  That is quite short, six weeks ... the six months does not include C schools if he goes to one of those.  Maybe he is an AT or AE?  Those are far longer schools, six months of seat time for AT for sure.

Here is the COOL sheet for AD:

(my security filter says it isn't secure, but it is fine to use)

If he does not have orders before you married, and he has done his paperwork, then you will be included when the orders do come in.  Orders come in about four weeks before school is over, although sometimes they do not come in until after graduation.  No sure way to know precisely.  He gets a few travel days in addition to his leave after school.  I would suggest that you begin prepping for a move now, toss, sell and donate what you can, get your papers in a file to hand carry, be sure your vehicle is ready for a long drive.  Don't wait until he is home, do as much as you can, short of actually packing.

If you move yourself, there are guidelines you must follow to be reimbursed.  The Personal Property Office has instructions on how to do that.

Yes he is AD. He starts his classes next week and will graduate April 24. Okay thank you for the info about the moving part. We will decently have to look in more into that once he gets his orders. For now they say he doesn't have c school. But with the navy it could change. lol yes I will start going through our stuff and take only what we need and leave the trash behind, lol all your info was a lot help thank you.
