Good idea... and you can find the PIR groups here, maybe someone's recruit knows him.
And don't be a stranger, I'm gonna worry like crazy about you!
I'll wait, it'll be weird getting his letters, and being a few weeks away from knowing the gender without telling him. I tell him everything that is going on with me..lol
congratulations on your pregnancy. Blessings to you and the child/ren.
after reading a lot of what people have to say about this i do have to agree that telling him in person is best & that’s getting married relatively soon after would be best as well. yours & the baby's health care will be taken care of. he will get extra pay cause he is married & while he is out at sea he will get even more ( separation pay & what not) depending on what his job is & how much he will be out you don’t HAVE to live where he does. if u are already established in an area & he is gonna be at sea a lot i would discuss it with him & stay where you are till you finish school. its gonna suck being away from him that much but you will have family & friends to help with that & its not like visits cant be arranged. who knows after you finish school & things are a lil more stable you can move to be with him. the first year is gonna suck ether way so be prepared. as far as going to his graduation i definitively think you should go. bootcamp is really hard on the guys & you two are engaged his family should be helping you go cause i can guarantee you are one of the most important faces he wants to see then. when my boyfriend ( now husband) graduated he was so happy to see me he couldn’t keep from touching me. the entire time we were there he always had my hand or he had his leg against mine. & out of the huge mass of people that were there he saw me when he marched in before he saw his family even tho i was sitting with them. so yah didn’t mean to sound preachy but it will mean so much to him if you go to his graduation especially seance you are pregnant with his baby.
I've thinking about most of that stuff in between sleeping so much, honestly slept 11 hours today. I think he'll be happy to see me to, since being cut off from me should be hard on him to. We literally would spend the whole day together, from morning till we closed our eyes at night.
