Do not post identifying personal information on here.  Anyone in the world can read this site.  By keeping yourself safe you keep the sailors safe.  Really, you're a target now.

Please take a moment ot learn about OPSEC and PERSEC.  This is stuff you need to know AND practice if you're going to be a god Navy spouse.

http://www.militaryspot.com/resources/opsec-and-persec/

One of the  usual times to get married are during A school.  That means you travel to where his A school is, he submits a special request chit, and possibly goes through a class or counseling session.  Then you do a courthouse wedding.  If it is done in time, then he will be given orders to his first duty station as a married sailors, not as a single sailor.   You'd get a paid move, and he'd get authorization to bring you along.

Other popular time is on leave, after A school, when he can come home.   He may get orders as a single sailor, and you pay to move where he is.  Unless he gets sent overseas, then you probably aren't going at all.  The positive side is you can have the family at your wedding.

If he has a C school is another opportunity to marry.

Some couples wait until the sailor is on their first ship, after the first deployment, to see if they can handle an eight month separation.

Before he goes to boot camp is most convenient.  However, don't rush into it because it is easiest.

ummm it says on your page you got married last Dec...what is really going on?  You post one thing here and something different on your page.

Also as Anti M said...DO NOT POST your full name or his..REMOVE YOUR POST

I never posted my name or his , and its says nothing about us getting married in december

That remark was for Cassandra.  It would be smart for her to take her full name down.
