Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Anyone else's boyfriend/husband/fiance ship 09 division 076? We got his form letter today. He left the 5th

Tell me about it!! Same here. So things are getting easier don't you think? First week sucked!!!

Did your guy leave the 5th too? but yes I'd say it's getting easier and harder at the same time! lol I really miss him and want to talk to him but I'm really excited for him and graduation! the first week did suck but now we are closer to getting letters from them so that helps!

Lol agreed! And yes I miss mine too so very much! I'm so glad they have this website, he's actually the one who showed me it... lol so I wouldnt be sad all the time. It really helps knowing you're not the only one. Yep! Mine left the 5th too. It was the saddest day ever! But don't worry we.only have 49 more days until March 2nd. Yayyyyy! Lol I have this countdown on my phone and everything. My friends think I'm pathetic but its OK.

Yeah I'm thankful for this website too because I've learned a lot from him! He told me to join a website like this but his mom is the one who told me about this one! lol yeah March 2nd isn't very far away at all really!

oh no.. that's crazy :/   That sucks really bad!! but not too much longer now... 

March 2nd is their graduation? Did you find that out through the letter? We haven't received a letter stating that information yet, but hopefully soon!

Yep if he left on the 5th the letter says graduation is on March 2nd 48 more days! :-)
