OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hey D and NavyWife are you guys living on base or off base? and where? I still have till next May before I move but my fiance is going to be looking for places for us in about March. I think I would rather be put by N4M people rather than all his friends that are in his Nuke division. =]

we live out here in chesapeake cause we did nto want to live in VB. plus it costs more to live in VB then chesapeake. and it is only about 30 minute drive from where we live for dh to get to work but all in all when i lived down here 4 years ago we lived in norfolk and then moved out to chesapeake and i love it out here you do nto have to deal with all the traffic like down in VB
