hello ladies... hi laura
we are moving to Mundelein June 2 so that will not work for me. May 26 might be possible, but I have to confirm with our son since he coming from San Antonio for a week in May before heading to Okinawa Japan May 25 or 26 not sure the exact day ...also depending at what time is the event?
Carol, we are still on for this Sunday in Fairview Heights. the one in the Chicago area is changing dates, not us. See you there!
Save the dates! Rock Island Arsenal Open House and Armed Forces Day observance July 7. Air show date changed to September 1-2. Navy moms will have a Molly's Adopt a Sailor tent hopefully at both.
Here's the Fairview Heights one, which would help with the Metro East Moms + plus friends

Is this the one that was set for Sunday in Fairview Heights, or do we have another M&G going on? Just need clarification.
OK ladies...I need to change the date for our meet and greet yet again, but it is for a really good reason.
I am going to have a packing party to support the efforts of "Molly's Adopt A Sailor" which is one of the groups on the N4M site. My church, St. Francis de Sales in Lake Zurich wants to host the event. They picked the date. How could I refuse?
So, first off, you are all invited to join me at the packing party.
And now for a new date. Either Saturday, May 26th, which is Memorial weekend or Saturday, June 2nd.
Preferences?
Also, let me know if any of you long distance from Chicago moms want to travel up here and need a place to stay. I have room at my house. :)
Carol, great picture. What a good looking couple.
Becky, please do try to come Sunday and certainly bring your sailor's wife.
Bloomington bunch, I'm so glad you all had a great visit. It's nice to put a face with a name and also like a family reunion.
I want to thank Angie so much for putting together the Meet and Greet in Bloomington yesterday.. You ROCK.. I had so much fun listening to the other Navy Moms talk about their Sailors.. Can't wait to go to another one..
Pat you talking about Molly's Adopt a Sailor makes me want to help as much as I can and I defininity want to go to the concert...
I Love being a Navy Mom..
Very Nice picture Carol! Your sailor's date is a lovely young woman!
