Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Joanne--so excited you get to see a sub come home!  Wow.  Let us know how it is.  Beginning to think Andy's sub is never going to be finished in the repair shop.

Hi there my Navy Family.. It has been awhile since I have been on here.. The last two weeks has been crazy busy.. My Sailor got to Groton, CT on December 3rd and gets to come home for leave starting this Friday until Jan. 2nd.. Going to enjoy every minute of his leave because I know he will not have leave for a long time..

I got an e-mail from my son today, really made my day.  He has just left this last week on his first deployment.  Said he has not gotten sea sick so I guess that's a good thing.

Please check out the emergency adoption on Molly's Adopt A Sailor. Just received info on a group of 25 deployed in Kuwait who have not received ANY mail. Come on over to Molly's page and check it out.
