Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Good evening Ladies.  I've been absent on here today and thought I would check in.  Today is my husband and my 7th wedding anniversary.  We had a pretty laid back day today.  Didn't do a whole lot.  Ran a few errands this afternoon and went to dinner tonight.

OOOOhh I missed soooo much!

Jessica....

 

Medicmom...I have corpsman and he is stationed in Bethesda Navel Medical Center in Maryland....Corps School.....STUDY, STUDY AND STUDY somemore!

 

I would love to go to the packing party....but I have taken a seasonal partime job and work weekends utnil Christmas....bummmer  I have been wanting to do one!

Also I would love to get together with any one during the evening if any one would like to...I would be happy to drive to Bloomington or Springfield....after Christmas I can do anytime....Not that y' all have to schedule one around me and my schedule!!  LOL  I guess I just want to meet up with some of 'all again!

 

When I ent back to Nebraska a few weeks ago they were having a Navy moms lunch and I was soooo excited that I could see some of the moms that I haven't seen in a while...It was alot of fun to reconnect!

 

Ok Well...I have reset  to "follow" again so now will be back in the loop again!

Hi everyone....I had been thinking that not much waas going on inthe IL group since aiwas n't getting any notices  then this morning I went to the page and realized there has been and at some point I must have clicked the stop followiing button!  UUUG  I amsure it was when I was on my phone....any way I have a lot of catching up to do!
