Well, I am leaving first thing in the morning for my last trip to Great Lakes.  My son will grad for his A school on Friday and he flies out to Va on Saturday night.  It has been so nice to have had him so close to home all these months, it will be really hard to say goodby to him at the air port.  I guess his girlfriend and I can cry on each other's shoulders.

Pam since this is an error they say will be cleared up I'm sure that it should not affect his moving forward in his schooling. Processing as many as they have through the years I'm sure that they have seem issues like this before and should be able to make a phone call and get all the answers they need. This is a keying error and it shows you son has no legal issues.

huggs momma

we REALLY missed you all at the air show......plans are in the air for next year ...SO MARK your calendars.......lets let them NOT forget me.

Don't you love living in Illinois, PAM?  Call your IL rep's office and ask them for help immediately.

The Illinois Department of Revenue is totally out of control.  They sent my son a notice treating him, wanting him to pay state tax on his military pay.  I called them the guy I talked to said it was a keying error and I had to fax copies of everything sent in with his tax return.  After faxing I called back and the next person I talked to said that there was no Sch M or w2 for the military pay with the orginal return.  Now I did his taxes for him on line and I have copies of everything that they got and it was all there.  They did say they could get it cleared up but, it may take awhile.  My son is grad. A school this Fri and has a legal review later this week, he is afraid that this might show up and stop him from going on to his C school.  Do any of you know if this will show up and affect him?  I mean he has done nothing wrong.
