T-Lynn--tell your yogurt eater that the natural food stores carry a pro-biotic that is in capsule form and keeps in the refrigerator.  It works great when taken daily.  Just be careful if taking antibiotics or you can cancel them out.

Hey--other than week 4 of no full time person to help me in the cafeteria and pulling my hair out from frustration, I'm doing fine. However, one of the meds I'm supposed to be on for Rhematoid arthritis is no longer made in generics.  The co-pay on brand name is $750 a month.  Ouch.  Trying to find a new med.  Thanks fo rasking everyone!

National Pig Day?  I just watched TV last night and watch Larry the Cable Guy talk about some National Mule Day in Colins, TN. Makes you wonder just how many Nationa days there are.  But that surf and turf is funny.

Carol - how are you doing?

Thngs ok here.  Wish all a good day/

By the way has anyone know about this stuff called Activa?  My oldest ate some and is now a resident in the bathroom.  Best way to say it.

Thankyou - understand now.  Each division in the Navy must have a pin that every sailor can earn to be battle / emergency  ready for their ship.  I must have been in none thinking mode.

What an honor - congrats.

No  - I have not seen any words from Michele
