Got a call from my son in Manila. Only 3 minutes. Was great to hear his voice. He got my care package and was so grateful. Said he would call at next port. Still doing kitchen duty. He is on the US George Washington!!!

Good Morning
More gossip on your way Captain Carol :)

1. no more news about Zeke, so I am hoping all is better. And thank you again

2. Any words from Sue ? Candle still burning Sue

3. Remember I shared that oldest son is a parttime Country Western DJ?
Well this weekend is a big festival here in Rockford. And naturally the radio stations present concerts. Nic HAD to work the first night concert - Dierk Bentley. ( His GF got backstage passes and met this gentleman). Then yesterday he had to be in a chariety basket ball game. Strapped in a wheel chair. The radio DJs and TV news anchors made up a team that played agains the Rockfor Porfessional Wheel Chair Team. They got their pants beaten off by guys doing wheelies around them. But the weather being cool to cold - well guess who caught a cold? Right my son. So now the cook out might be good ole chicken soup. Please tell me you all are having a good WELL time.

4. I promised pictures too of the new engaged couple and the rock. Well I found the camera! and I am going to corner them today and get a picture!

Ok - I gossiped you turn :) Hugs
